On recent Microsoft Windows Vista Gadget national competition IT-InfoNEWS Gadget won first prize. Development of this Vista Gadget wassupported by one of our young scholars: Bruno Kovacic. This was one of the pilot projects that CITUS started to promote its new service: “Vista Gadget in the Box”. Through this service CITUS will offer fast and cost-effective development of Vista Gadgets to any company that wish to promote themselves using this attractive technology!

Tomislav Bronzin and Andrej Radinger are organizing Developers Bootcamp in Microsoft Innovation Center Croatia, Kapucinski trg 5, Varaždin, Croatia. Developer boot camp is 5-day intensive training that will cover all technology, tools and novelty that are supported in new developer surroundings. Training will also introduce attendees to MSF methodology. It will last 5 days from 9am till 9pm, with 2-3 hours of out-of-classroom activities, not IT related. Beside theoretical, there will be hands-on-lab practice for all participations. Following pre-requests are required: knowledge of .NET, SQL Server and Visual Basic.

The Zadar Forum was held at the University of Zadar from. More than 50 participants, attendees and presenters attended the Forum from 11 different countries.
This meeting was the first gathering of teachers, educators and representatives of educational authorities from the region, within the Microsoft Partners in Learning Program in which the cooperation in regional projects related to ICT in education was discussed.
